INSPIRING CLASSES

Power Flow - A vinyasa class where we kick it up a notch and add intensity through increasing pace, holds and/or complexity of movement. Strengthen your body, improve balance and challenge yourself to sweat a little along the way! (45 mins)

Candlelight Flow - A vinyasa class where breath meets movement. Strengthen your body, improve balance and increase mindfulness(45 mins)

Slow Flow - Focuses on holding postures, feeling heat in the muscles and taming the brain to hold on when it’s hard. (45 minutes)

Restore - Reset the body & brain with this gentle class focused on healing muscles, soothing joints and relaxing the body (45 mins).

Reiki Soundbath - Using the healing sounds of Himalayan crystal singing bowls, rain sticks and drums, the releasing power of essential oils and the guide of the chakra system, we offer a unique experience of release, relaxation and renewal. After the sounds are played and scents are distributed, each participant receives a 1-2 minute Reiki session to shift energy and open up a new flow of love and light within.

Pups & Pilates

Typically, Julie brings her dynamic duo, Charlie and Chandler, to bring joy and puppy love to mat pilates. She incorporates movements with the ring, bands, bar work, ball, and/or weights to mirror the same type of workout you’d get with a reformer. C& C run around and offer rest breaks and kisses.

When Julie is not available to teach, we offer the opportunity for a member to bring their pet in with one of our inspiring instructors - if you are interested, please contact Julie!

Barre

Kim rocks out a one-of-a-kind barre class every Saturday where you will develop strength, flexibility, and balance while being inspired. She always finishes class with a positive send-off and makes sure you leave feeling like you workouts your legs, glutes, abs, arms and more! A great way to start the weekend!

Total Body - We have 2 different total body classes.

Circuits - Burn tons of calories, improve circulation, energy levels, physical strength, coordination and mobility and mental resiliency with this fun workout. You’ll use intervals to find challenge and recovery within a series and celebrate the finish line with mindfulness and stretching. (30-60 mins)

3×3 - This is a special class developed by Carrie and runs 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off - Carrie brings in special equipment and focuses on teaching you safe and supportive strength training concepts (but you’ll work hard - this is a tough class you will love The 3 weeks build on each other- but you can come at any time and pick up the workout!

Dance

Missy & Friends have a dance party every Thursday - and you are invited. She teaches OULA - a safe, fun and easy-to-pick up dance class set to top 40 pop music that you’ll have fun singing along as you rock it out. You’ll burn calories and move your body and won’t even realize you are getting a great workout in!
